• Additional Features and Software: Any requests for additional features or software not included in the initial proposal will be subject to additional charges. We will provide transparent pricing for any extra services requested.

• Work Cancellation: Once work has commenced, if the client decides to halt the project, any payments made will not be refunded. This policy ensures that resources allocated to the project are appropriately compensated.

• Scope Changes: Any additional features or requirements beyond the scope outlined in the initial proposal will be considered as additional work and will be billed accordingly.

• Website Migration: Should the client require the migration of their website to another server, this service will be chargeable. The client will be informed of the associated costs before any migration work commences.

• Post-Completion Services: Any services requested after the completion of the project will be subject to additional charges. These services may include but are not limited to maintenance, updates, or further development.
